Total Access Medical offers a comprehensive suite of medical and non-medical services that cater to the customized needs of the individual patient. In addition to the expert level of medical care provided by each physician, most Total Access Medical members are entitled to all of the following features and benefits. These services are paid for by the annual retainer fee and NEVER require any additional payment in office.

Unrestricted Exam Times
Spend as much time with your physician as needed regarding any medical or other issue which you need consult.

Flu and Other Vaccinations
Access to all routine vaccinations.

Travel Medical Services
Review of your travel itinerary, arrangement for necessary vaccinations and access to relevant clinical information.

e-Med™ Patient Files
Each Total Access Medical Patient Member receives their entire medical history in the electronic format of their choice; flash drive, disc or mini-disc.  These files are updated each and every time patients visits their physician.  The benefit of having all of your medical history at your finger tips? Allergic to anything? Ever have a trip to the ER? Now the physicians in the ER will immediately have all of your vital information at hand.
 
Certified Nutritionist
Since we want Total Access Medical Patient Members to stay healthy, every member works directly with a certified nutritionist to create a perfect dietary plan that meets their lifestyle, medical, and historical background.

Patient Appointment Log (PAL)
Following each visit patients will receive an email containing key points from their appointment, such as next appointment date, prescription changes, instructions, etc.  The PAL will take away the worry of forgetting any information.  The PAL also allows physicians to refer back to previous meetings.

Same Day Appointments
Everyone has emergencies, but not everyone has a physician that is willing and able to see them on the same or next day.  When you are part of the Total Access Medical group, your physician will make every effort to see you on the same day of your emergency.

24/7 Total Access
Each patient has 24/7 access to their physician, by email, cell or office phone.

Total Access Medical’s Patient Care Center
Not only will you have access to your own physician, you also have access to a team of medical, support and administrative professionals that are here to support YOU.  This includes our Patient Care Center.  This single point of contact is able to help you via phone with a wide variety of questions, issue resolution, and more 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Patient Member Satisfaction Surveys
We value your opinion and make every effort to make sure we are living up to your standards.  Each Total Access Medical Patient Member is asked to fill out a Patient Member Satisfaction Survey to make sure that all of our services are up to par.

OneDoc™
One of the major challenges with our healthcare system today is multi-doctor practices.  You never see the same doctor twice and they never get to know you, your condition, your family, your situation, or your preferences.  Total Access Medical ensures you see the same Doctor every single time, when you want, and where you want.     

Total Experience­
A great deal of time and care is put into the patient experience at all Total Access Medical offices.  We want you to feel comfortable and at ease while you are visiting your physician.  Our offices are designed more like open air spas, than traditional patient waiting rooms.

Total Health Check
The Total Access Medical team automatically schedules each patient for a annual Total Health Check, which includes a thorough physical exam and a health risk analysis for all out patient members.   Just one more way Total Access Medical works to keep patients healthy.
