Richard H. Stamps - President
Mr. Stamps has nearly 15 years of marketing and management experience for some of the most recognized companies in the greater Philadelphia area. Before founding Total Access Medical in 2002, he was employed at Fleetway Leasing Company. During his tenure there, Mr. Stamps developed innovative financial programs to help secure funding for clients while exceeding profitability expectations for the company.  Mr. Stamps brings his experience to the healthcare field by overseeing all of Total Access Medical’s financial relationships and managing the recruitment efforts to bring additional qualified physicians to Total Access Medical.

Mr. Stamps is also the co-founder of the AJS Foundation for Metabolic Diseases, a non-profit organization whose mission is to increase worldwide education, promote necessary medical research and initiate community and family support for individuals suffering from metabolic diseases. Mr. Stamps was born and raised in Penn Valley where he still lives with his wife and two sons.

Sarah K. Bloch – Vice President of Operations
Ms. Bloch joined Total Access Medical in 2005 after several years serving as Property Manager for a local real estate management company.  As the VP of Operations, Ms. Bloch is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of Total Access Medical. With her knowledge of the healthcare market and experience as a manager, Ms. Bloch monitors the daily operations of both the corporate office and each individual affiliated physician’s practice. 

A native of Philadelphia, Ms. Bloch returned to the area after studying anthropology at Skidmore College.  She resides in Bala Cynwyd with her husband and son.

Dawn McCue – Controller
Ms. McCue came to Total Access Medical in April 2007.  Ms. McCue began her career in public accounting where she worked for over twelve years and another ten years in the private sector.  Prior to joining the team at Total Access Medical, she was the Accounting/Business Manager of a nationwide company.  With her years of experience in accounting and management, Ms. McCue is responsible for the preparation of the financial statements, financial reports, budgeting, forecasting and accounting for each one of our doctor’s offices both individually and on a consolidated basis.   

Ms. McCue is married with two children, a daughter and a son.  She resides in Glenside, PA where she is an active member of her community and enjoys spending time with her family. 

Robert Weiss, MD – Medical Director, Affiliated Physician
Dr. Weiss has been practicing medicine in Philadelphia since 1968. Working in four of the most accredited hospitals in Philadelphia throughout his career, Dr. Weiss has extensive experience in all aspects of clinical care. Interested in providing complete and quality care for his patients, Dr. Weiss signed on to be the first Total Access Medical affiliated physician.  As one of the first physicians in the country to practice concierge medicine, and one of the most successful, Dr. Weiss’ serves as a leader and advisor to the other affiliated physicians and those seeking to enter into a partnership with Total Access Medical.

Sol Lizerbram, DO – Consultant
Dr. Lizerbram received a degree in pharmacy in 1970 from Long Island University, School of Pharmacy, and was licensed as a registered pharmacist in the states of New York and Pennsylvania. He obtained a medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1977. Dr. Lizerbram is Board Certified in Family Practice and is licensed as an Osteopathic Physician and Surgeon in the states of Pennsylvania and California. He was a co-founder of FPA Medical Management, Inc., and served as
Chairman of its Board of Directors from 1986 through July 1998.  He is currently Chairman of HealthFusion, Inc.

Dr. Lizerbram was recognized by NASDAQ/Ernst & Young as the 1996 Entrepreneur of the Year in the health care industry. Currently, Dr. Lizerbram is the President of the Jewish National Fund – San Diego, and a member of the National Executive Committee.

Jeanne Bay, M.S., R.D., C.C.N. – Nutrition Counselor
Ms. Bay serves as a Nutrition Counselor for Total Access Medical patients residing in the greater Philadelphia area and Wilmington, DE.  A Registered Dietician and Licensed Nutritionist with a Certification in Alternative/Complementary Nutrition, Ms. Bay also has a Masters Degree in Health Education.  Ms. Bay has been providing her services to Total Access Medical patients since 2004, helping them achieve desired results through one-on-one counseling and the development of personalized nutrition and weight loss plans.

Joyce Rosenblum, Nutrition Counselor
Joyce Rosenblum serves as a Nutrition Counselor for Total Access Medical patients residing in South Jersey and St. Davids. Joyce works with motivated individuals who are ready to make positive changes in their life. As a graduate and Immersionist of The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City, affiliated with The Teaching School of Columbia University, Joyce is certified as a Health Counselor and accredited by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Joyce has trained with master teachers in the health and nutrition field and makes getting healthy extremely simple by offering practical step-by-step programs that create long lasting physical and mental well-being. Joyce completed a six month macrobiotic cooking internship with Marilyn Waxman, a cooking intensive with Christina Pirello and is a graduate and current instructor at The Natural Kitchen Cooking School in Princeton, NJ and NYC. Joyce is also a guest chef at Sur La Table in Marlton, NJ and holds demo cooking classes in her home.
