2. Please tell us about your past work history and about your current career goals.
3. Managing demanding patients can be tricky, and we have a few of them. How would you handle a patient who is upset with an aspect of our services? Say for example, you come in to work on a Monday morning and receive a rude phone call from an upset patient saying they could not get a hold of their doctor on their cell phone last night. How would you respond to them over the phone?
4. A patient comes in for routine blood work, but says they sometimes pass out because they hate needles. How do you handle this situation?
